Your new role
In this role as Site Manager, your duties will be to:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain high safety standards
• Manage the procurement of materials
• Resolve any issues that arise on site
• Ensure compliance with building regulations
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and site staff

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

• Previous experience with roofing or cladding projects.
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card.
• At least and NVQ level 4 in construction related topics.
