As an Energy Specialist in our London Hub, you'll be at the forefront of customer operations, but with a twist. We're seeking individuals who excel in delivering high-quality customer service while embracing the excitement of testing and trialling new products and experiences. Customer-Centric Excellence:
Your role is pivotal in owning the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring exceptional service with every interaction. From resolving billing queries to tackling meter mysteries, you'll leave our customers delighted at every turn.
Embrace Innovation:
In London, you'll not only dazzle customers but also dive into our next digital adventure. Pilot, test, refine, launch, repeat - you'll be at the heart of our innovative journey, turning customer feedback into actionable insights.

Here's what we need from you
Infectious passion for customer service
Resilience paired with zest
Great communicator with strong English skills (written and verbal)
Team spirit and adaptability
Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Experience in piloting or testing (that's your golden ticket)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is great
Here's what else you need to know:
Competitive salary: £24,195 - £26,010 per annum, dependent on experience, with additional London allowance
Hybrid working approach: Split your week between home and our hub (typically 2-3 days in the office)
Generous holidays: 26 days holiday plus bank holidays AND a guarantee of your birthday off
Regular socials: our time together as a family to wind down
Work-life balance: we work Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM, so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends

Contract: Minimum of 30 hours per week
