Job Title: Community Rapid Response Nurse
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Community Rapid Response Nurse to join the team in Bedfordshire. This is a short-term agency position, with shifts available across 7 days.
Key Responsibilities

Provide rapid response care in the community, including catheter care, palliative care, symptom control, urgent wound care, and medication administration.
*
Conduct holistic assessments and support falls prevention and management.
*
Verify expected deaths and provide compassionate care to patients and families.
*
Ensure accurate record-keeping and patient care using SystmOne.
Position Details:
* Location: Dunstable
* Work Pattern: 08:00-18:00 / 10:30-20:00 (4 shifts a week, across 7 days as required)
* Rates:
* Day Rate: £21.49 per hour
* Night/Saturday Rate: £25.38 per hour
* Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £33.98 per hour
* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
* Experience in catheter care, palliative care, symptom control, falls management, and urgent wound care
* Proficiency in SystmOne
