Site Supervisor

Peace Recruitment is working with a of the busiest volume house builders in Scotland and due to an increased workload, are looking to recruit for a freelance Site Manager for a development in Perth.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors
• Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site
• Keeping site records and registers up to date
• Keep records and maintain electronic filing system
• Ensure the site is a safe and tidy place to work and visit
• Quality Control
• Authorising timesheets for trades and labour
• Maintaining high levels of safety standards on site
• 
  

You will have a minimum of SSSTS or SMSTS qualification and a minimum of 6 years’ experience working within a house building environment, or on new build residential projects.

This is a temporary role initially for a period of 16 weeks, but is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build up their experience within the house building market while working for a reputable house builder.

Start date will be November.

The hourly rate will be £26 per hour.
