About Us:Were dedicated to providing bespoke, innovative solutions and excellent service to our clients. We believe that our Support team is a key part of this. We are looking for a passionate IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our growing team to support our Internet and Data centre customers
The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers faults, technical issues and changes. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently, providing support 24x7 supporting our customer base
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining site/data security.
- Meet/Greet customers and guest
- React to internal and customer alerts
- Manage and prioritize busy workflows
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service / support role.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Networking, WiFi
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen interest in IT/Networking/Engineering
- Ideally Driving license/car
The role is 30 hours a week with a 5 on 5 off shift rota.You would do a block of 5 early shifts (7-3) have 5 rest days followed by 5 late shifts (3-10) and then 5 rest days before doing a final block of 5 nights (10-7) and another 5 rest days.
