£30,000 - £35,000- Liverpool Street

09.30 - 18.00 (Monday to Friday)


Our client, a leading global distributor of pharmaceuticals is looking for a customer focussed administrator to support their small but friendly team in this growing business. The ideal candidate will enjoy a busy and varied role in a fast paced client facing environment where attention to detail is key. The ideal candidate will have some previous administration experience and really want a progressive role with a growing company where administration is at the heart of the team.


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing and customer service.
  • Support on review of supplier invoices and payables.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and sales transactions.
  • Manage communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Preparation of proposals, quotations, drafting contracts, and other business documents.


Salary will be dependent upon experience
