What Would Your Role Be?

• Actively headhunting candidates across Scandinavia for clients in the Infrastructure, Technology, Life Sciences and Energy sector.
• Managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process
• Negotiating and building relationships with senior level stakeholders
• Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector
• Developing and helping to establish new markets, offices, and industries for the business
• Developing through one-on-one mentoring with Directors
• Developing through bespoke external training programmes with senior level executives
• Coming up with new initiatives that could benefit the business
• Booking client meetings and getting the chance to visit Scandinavia (We have offices in Denmark and Sweden)
