This established property team are looking for a passionate retail specialist to join their team to assist with leasing, asset management and value add tasks to drive performance and portfolio growth.

New Role

Retail Leasing Specialist (Commercialisation)

This brand new role will form part of the wider leasing & asset management function maximising net income across trophy shopping centre schemes, this role offers extensive career progression opportunities.

This exciting opportunity will go beyond traditional retail leasing and will require the successful individual to build lasting relationships with key brands, business development new partnerships, and negotiate commercial deals to drive net income from non-rental revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop existing partnerships to maximise income & revenue.
• Support the asset management team with business planning and execution.
• Support the wider leasing team to continuously improve schemes, reduce vacancy rates and drive rental income.
• Manage day to day performance and standards of specialist leasing activities, ensuring full compliance & health and safety protocols are completed.
• Research trends and monitor international / national / local activity to understand whats new and in demand to keep the schemes evolving and fresh to the local demographic.

About you

We are looking to speak with experienced and passionate retail property professionals who holds and can demonstrate a track record of driving net income across shopping centres with a specific focus outside of the core lettable space. You’ll need the ability to complete business development tasks to generate new commercial partnerships, manage existing relationships and take accountability for debt, budgeting, and asset performance. Commercialisation / Retail Leasing and Shopping Centre Management are all key competencies.
