Financial Planning Analyst (Luxury Retail)

FP&A Analyst | London | £50,000-£55,000 per annum + bonus | Permanent | Hybrid

JasperRose have partnered exclusively with a central London based, luxury fragrance and skincare brand who are looking to recruiting an FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis. You will be joining at an exciting time as they have just opened in new regions as well as having recently acquired new brands. This is a hybrid role based in Central London with the expectations of 4 days a week in office in their recently renovated offices.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will have extensive exposure to stakeholders across the business. The role will give you the opportunity come in with a fresh set of eyes to help improve processes, complete the budget process, and identify ways to increase business performance.

Your main duties will be:

• Partnering with the FP&A Manager to complete the annual budget process
• Maintaining the financial planning model, incorporating a fully integrated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Review month end process to ensure that they are in line with budgets
• You will be supporting with project related work, including looking at streamlining systems and processes across all regions

Skill set required:

The successful candidate will be an active studier with experience working in a commercially focused role in the retail or FMCG industry, where you have analysed large data sets and worked closely with stakeholders across the business. Advanced Excel skills are essential, with experience in SAP. You will be proactive in nature with the confidence to drive change and communicate efficiently.
