The Role:


We are looking for exceptional Project Manager with a proven track record of Project Management.

You will be reporting that the Head of the Unit will be working with talented professionals in a matrix organization.


Duties and Responsibilities:


• Ownership of all funnels and journeys of our customers on our website

• Optimization of performance of funnels and journeys

• Formulating UX hypothesis to be A/B tested

• Tracking performance data of the tests and the significance

• Interpreting the data and coming back with conclusions to validate UX paths

• Demonstrate KPIs uplift with optimizations and recommendations for UX/UI journeys

• Create for senior management monthly presentation with findings and suggested actions

• Knowledge and usage of Fullstory tools

• Responsible for organising trainings and knowledge sharing with the teams when it comes to Fullstory tool

• Work with our design and development teams throughout the process


Person Specifications:


• Familiar with Google Analytics/GTM , Adobe Analytics, and a number of other UX performance analysis tools

• At least 2 years of experience in UI and understanding UI principles

• Experienced in UX research in iGaming/Sportsbook (Nice to have)

• Experience in A/B testing

• Team player who can work very closely with different departments, helping ensure the vision and requirements are constantly delivered.

• Inquisitive person who helps define the why and the specific problems which we are looking to address through front end design and UX.

• Problem solver, who has a flexible way of thinking and is comfortable in dealing with change and helping discover the answers. Accepting that not everything is known upfront, you will be comfortable and happy in helping define what is best for the product and what is best for our customers.

• Excellent attention to detail to think about different scenarios within the user journeys and providing the best solutions

• Strong communication skills to ensure smooth navigation between different stakeholders/teams and conveying UX/UI solutions

• Data driven and strong Analytics skills to back up UX/UI solutions

• Excellent Project and People Management

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• Have a positive/can do attitude, and be eager to learn and evolve

• High level of English, both verbal and written
