Here at Pets Purest we are dedicated to providing only the most natural products for our pets. Our own pets are sensitive and react badly to harmful chemicals found in countless pet products on the shelves today so we knew something needed to be done. After extensive research and help from the experts, we set about creating a range of high quality products that are pure, natural and free from nasty chemicals which our furry friends love!

Pets are so much more than just animals, we want to ensure that all pets are given the most natural, nutritional and safe products available to make sure that they get the most out of life. Our range of all-natural products promote more active, healthy and happy pets. The benefits of this for our pets are endless, we have noticed that our dogs have tonnes more energy, shinier coats and are overall healthier.

The Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to making memorable experiences for our customers. This role requires a passion for connecting with both humans and pets, making their days easier and brighter.

This role will report directly to the company owner. An exciting opportunity to make an impact on all facets of Pets Purest customer service, both online and in person, alongside championing the voice of our customer across all the brand’s touchpoints.

What you’ll be doing:

• Resolve customer queries and report on issues plus manage the resolution
• Building efficiency into our customer service operation to
• Connect with our wholesale customers and grow this channel within the business
• Attend events and trade shows to connect with customers beyond the customer service platform
• Delight our customers at unexpected moments with creative initiatives (welcoming new customers, loyalty programmes
• Support with market research and competitor analysis (surveys, focus groups, interviews)

What you’ll bring to the role:

• A dedication to making every customer have a positive experience with Pets Purest
• An all-rounder who can get stuck in across all aspects of the customer experience journey
• A team player with a positive mindset and excellent customer service skills
• A self-starter – someone who can plan their own time well and can bring plenty of ideas to the table
• Experience working live/customer-facing events
• An animal lover is a big plus!
