Store Manager

Hawes & Curtis was established by Mr Ralph Hawes and Mr Freddie Curtis in 1913 and have been making the finest shirts for distinguished customers and royalty, notably HRH Prince of Wales and Earl Mountbatten. Today, the brand is known for its innovation, quality and ambition for growth.

We now require a bright and talented Store Manager to manage our new store in Sheffield (Meadowhall).

Duties will include:

· Maximise sales and the potential of staff

· Ensuring all staff are trained and competent in using store systems

· Assisting with the implementation of all new policies and procedures

· Stock management

To be considered for this position, you must have:

· Solid experience of at least 3 years working in a Store Management position

· Experience of working within retail [preferably fashion retail] Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills coupled with an organised and proactive approach.

· The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success.

· There is a requirement to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends at times. All selected candidates for will be asked to attend an assessment centre.
