Location: Mitcham (Must be living in the UK)

Position: Clinical Lead (RGN / RMN / RNLD Qualified)

Hours: Full time & part time available

Contract/Shifts: Permanent (12-hour shifts & Weekends on a rota basis) - Days or Nights or a Mixture available, Subject to availability.

Salary: up to £24.17 per hour / £55,301 per year (based on 44 hours)

Responsibilities of the role:

· Managing the nursing and wider team across the home

· Rota planning, Audits and working alongside the relevant authorities.

· Promote independence and choice through developing relationships with the residents and ensuring that physical, emotional and social needs are met.

· Work within the guidelines of the CQC and ensure that their key lines of enquiry are met on a daily basis.

· Offer support to guide and teach others in line with NMC code at all times.

· Ensure that medication is received, stored, administered, and ordered in line with legislation and company policy.

Person specification:

· Have a live, valid NMC PIN

· Have a genuine passion and motivation to work within the Care Sector

· All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

· You will have strong communication and organisational skills.

· You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest.
