Business Development Executive

A dynamic growing legal firm is looking to hire a Business Development Executive to join the team based in London. You will play a pivotal role in driving new business initiatives, strengthening relationships with key partners, and overseeing critical operational and financial functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead, innovate, and support the firm’s growth.

The Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, helping to broaden the firm’s client reach.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key referrers, such as estate agents, HR managers, mortgage brokers, and other influential stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client on boarding process, focusing on delivering outstanding client service.
• Create and execute marketing strategies aimed at potential referrers and clients, while managing lead generation platforms and processes.
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions to enhance visibility and strengthen market positioning.
• Take charge of financial management tasks, including billing, invoicing, cost recovery, and compiling financial reports to ensure seamless operations.
• Support with account reconciliations and collaborate with external accountants to generate timely and accurate management reports.

The Candidate:

• Demonstrable experience in business development, client relationship, and leadership in an operational capacity.
• Ideally have legal or professional services sector experience.
• A degree in business, law, or a relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting professional relationships.
• Solid computer skills, particularly in case management systems and financial software.
