Onsite Coordinator

Great opportunity to work as an Onsite Coordinator at our client's fast-paced production site in Newmarket.

There is a high chance of temp to perm contract for the right candidate!

The rate of pay is £12.50 per hour.

This is a full-time Monday - Friday role. The hours of work are from 06:30am until 16:00pm

Your own vehicle is required due to the location.

Your Time at Work

As an On-Site Coordinator at this site, your duties include but will not be limited to;

- Managing recruitment processes, sourcing suitable workers, and conduct on-site inductions
- Signing in workers prior to their shift.
- Fulfilling daily bookings in line with client order requirements in a timely manner (Booking candidates for work on a daily basis)
- Handling high inbound and outbound call volumes
- Completing payroll on a daily/weekly basis
- Dealing with any worker queries (including pay queries) quickly and efficiently.
- Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences.
- Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes
- Providing a positive customer experience

Our perfect Onsite Coordinator will have the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills.

You will have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people first.

You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essential as full training is provided.
