Job Description

We're currently recruiting for a Sales Support for our well established client in the Cardiff area.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the internal and external sales teams.
  • Processing orders for customers.
  • Keep customers informed regarding the progress of their orders, liaising with suppliers and our couriers.
  • Managing and dealing with e-commerce orders.
  • Receiving inbound calls to the internal sales team.
  • To maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including the use of activities to ensure full and up to date information is stored.
  • Any other tasks as commensurate with the post.
  • This is not an exhaustive list and you may be required to carry out additional duties as necessitated by the needs of the business.

What you'll have

  • Minimum 2 Years administrative/customer service experience.
  • Experience of using a CRM/ERP system.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Self-motivated and conscientious
  • Office 365
