Job Description
We're currently recruiting for a Sales Support for our well established client in the Cardiff area.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the internal and external sales teams.
- Processing orders for customers.
- Keep customers informed regarding the progress of their orders, liaising with suppliers and our couriers.
- Managing and dealing with e-commerce orders.
- Receiving inbound calls to the internal sales team.
- To maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including the use of activities to ensure full and up to date information is stored.
- Any other tasks as commensurate with the post.
- This is not an exhaustive list and you may be required to carry out additional duties as necessitated by the needs of the business.
What you'll have
- Minimum 2 Years administrative/customer service experience.
- Experience of using a CRM/ERP system.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Self-motivated and conscientious
- Office 365
