Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

Responsibilities : - Contribute to continuous innovation by developing novel product capabilities that address recruitment challenges and enhance user experience. - Design and implement algorithms and automation for various recruiting use cases, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency. - Strengthen and scale backend engines responsible for search functionalities, data analysis, reporting, caching, and more. - Fine-tune the performance and user experience of both backend and front-end systems, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional user interactions. - Optimize code design and structure for optimal performance and scalability, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices, fostering collaboration and future updates. - Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and other team members to understand requirements, brainstorm solutions, and deliver successful projects. - Respond efficiently to customer service issues raised on our platform, ensuring their concerns are promptly addressed. - Contribute hands-on to the deployment process while leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure effectively. - Be available to address live issues impacting application uptime and contribute to maintaining a stable and reliable platform. Requirements : - Proficiency in Node.js and React.js and Javascript. - Familiarity with several modern stack technologies like MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, and AWS. - A demonstrated ability to solve Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) problems using C/C++. (Open to smart freshers with strong DSA fundamentals) - A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and adapt. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively (ref:hirist.tech)
