Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas. Manage and train the housekeeping team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and performance metrics for management review. Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar management role within a luxury hotel or game lodge. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in housekeeping management software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
