Job Title: Operational Resilience Manager

Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow - Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office

A high-profile retail bank is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager to play a key role in driving the bank’s Operational Resilience programme, working closely with stakeholders and leadership teams to embed resilience by design across the bank and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. A key part of this rule is changed related in a complex multi-dimensional environment so a great, challenging development opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

Helping drive the delivery of the Operational Resilience programme, ensuring regulatory alignment.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support the development of the bank’s resilience posture.

Conduct assurance and oversight activities, including drafting board reports and recommending corrective actions.

Advise internal stakeholders on resilience matters, organizing meetings and materials as necessary.

Support education initiatives around Operational Resilience for key stakeholders.

Contribute to continuous improvement of resilience policies, frameworks, and processes.

We’re looking for:

Strong knowledge and experience in implementing Operational Resilience regulations in a Financial Services environment.

Proven experience with Operational Resilience frameworks and policy management.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders.

Experience in creating and delivering learning opportunities related to Operational Resilience.

Familiarity with agile working environments.
