Multi Skilled engineer

Looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a leading property services company for a Mobile Role based in Brent & West London areas carrying out Responsive Day to day repair and maintenance work

Offering a competitive salary of £36,000 + Company van, 26 days holiday + bank holidays, Bonus scheme, Enhanced Pension Plan and more

You'll work to deliver a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing, Carpentry, Kitchen & Bathroom fitting and general maintenance works in a social housing setting

Requirements

• Hold a relevant trade qualification, NVQ2 or equivalent C&G
• Previous experience working in social housing properties
• You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only)
• Flexible approach as you will be asked to go on a out of hours call out rota
