About the Role:
First People Solutions is seeking a skilled Roofing Manager to join a reputable construction firm. This role involves managing multiple roofing projects across various sites, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. You'll collaborate closely with existing Roofing Managers and Supervisors, providing leadership and expertise in delivering successful roofing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage roofing projects from initiation to completion.
Attend meetings with clients to understand project scope and requirements.
Collaborate with Roofing Supervisors on estimating and tendering.
Provide detailed written quotations to clients.
Monitor project costs versus income, reporting to the Board of Directors monthly.
Ensure Health and Safety compliance in coordination with the Health and Safety Manager.Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the roofing industry, ideally with large reputable firms.
Expertise in steel roofing/cladding and single-ply membrane systems.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and IT skills.
A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on excellent customer service.Qualifications:
