Are you a mechanical - multi skilled maintenance engineer with a plumbing background looking for a fantastic opportunity with a large, FM provider?
Join my clients team on one of their large, commercial sites in East London.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
£40,000 -m £41,000+ overtime
Large commercial site in Stratford
Progression + further training
Responsibilities:
Plumbing maintenance (flush valves, fill valves, pan connectors)
PPM's
Reactive maintenance
Tap temperatures
Filter changes
General electrical maintenance
Fire alarms
Emergency lighting
Legionella
PPM planning Requirements:
NVQ level 2 or 3 in a mechanical field - Plumbing preferred Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
