* Monday - Friday 08:00 until 17:30 (occasional later finish depending on business requirements for example 18:00 pm finish).
* Hourly Rate
* Full time - 42.5 hours per week.

Front of House
- General liaison with customers both face to face and by use of the telephone.
- Advise customers in compilation of claims forms and courtesy car documentation. Collect excess payments and contributions.
- Liase with Customer Co-ordinators and Production Manager regarding progress of jobs through the workshop. Maintain records as required.
- Communication with Insurance Companies and their Representatives regarding additional work, written authority and contributions
