Recruitment Consultant Required
We’re expanding our Building Services team, which partners with some of the most successful multinational Manufacturers, Contractors, and Consultants. Many of our clients are at the forefront of the drive towards net-zero, working tirelessly to build a more sustainable, low-carbon future.
Our close-knit team of six works collaboratively to meet and exceed client expectations. We’re Looking for a Driven Individual to Join Us!
If you’re a goal-oriented person looking to embark on a career in recruitment, this could be your perfect opportunity. We’ve successfully transitioned professionals from backgrounds such as Retail Management, Sales, and Customer Service into high-performing, top-billing recruiters.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service-related role.
Proven ability to meet targets, ideally set by a current or previous manager/director.
Experience in managing people is a plus.
A genuine passion for working with people

The Package:
Competitive base salary: £20,000 – £25,000 (dependent on experience).
Earn between £35,000 - £45,000 in your first year

Pension contributions on both salary and commission.
Quarterly team nights out to celebrate success.
