Service Manager

Our client is specialises in all things ground support in airports around the UK. They are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager at Heathrow. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving operational success. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing large, complex service contracts, preferably within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

* Monitor and report on contractual SLAs and KPIs.

* Chair performance review meetings and manage follow-up actions.

* Support operational teams with necessary information to drive success.

* Respond promptly to customer queries and ensure satisfaction.

* Lead communication during the winter resilience program.

Experience & Skills:

* Experience delivering large service contracts.

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

* Ability to work independently and proactively.

* Previous experience in the aviation industry is desirable.
