Job Description

This is a stand-alone role and the HR Manager will be responsible for supporting the SLT and all staff in: Employee Relations, Performance and Absence Management, full Recruitment process including compliance, training and liaising with Occupational Health, Finance and Payroll whilst ensuring a positive workplace culture that aligns with the school's values. This expansion reflects the growing demand for the school's exceptional education and nurturing atmosphere, which prioritises both academic success and the well-being of its community.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should be preferably CIPD Qualified and have a thorough understanding of the legal requirements on employers and of employment best practice. Candidates should also have experience in a similar HR management role within an SME UK organisation. Ideally, this would have been gained at an educational establishment, but this is not a requirement.
