Position: Road Freight Transport Coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Road Freight Transport Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen. This role involves coordinating various aspects of road freight transport, including pricing, billing, liaising with the warehouse, booking ferry spaces, and load planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Price road freight services.
Bill clients accurately and timely.
Liaise with the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
Book ferry spaces for shipments.
Plan and optimize loads for transportation.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
1-hour lunch break

Holiday Allowance: 33 days per annum

Hybrid Working: No onsite, although some home working is allowed after the probation period.
