Sky Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Handballers.
We're looking for hard-working individual like you to join the manufacturing team in Bilsthorpe area.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of their food production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for food production and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Production responsibilities

• Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures and wearing protective equipment correctly at all times
• Heavy lifting and repetitive work
• Quality Checking all food products
• Working in chilly/wet conditions
• Being responsible for driving line performance, as well as diagnosing any operational issues with the lines
• Conduct quality checks ensuring that we meet product specifications
• Perform machine/equipment hygiene and changeovers
• Operation of production line equipment to the agreed operational settings
• Other general tasks waste processing, order packing etc
• Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators

Skills of a Food Production Line Operative
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production quantities

- Basic English to be able to read labels.
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot production equipment (NOT REQUIRED BUT ADVANTAGE)
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

Own transport is required due to location, please only apply if you have your own transport

Shift: - Monday - Friday -07.30am-16.00pm with plenty of overtime available.
