Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale coach operation with a fleet of 60 vehicles. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership, operational oversight, and a deep understanding of the coach industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of a 60-fleet coach depot.
* Manage all aspects of fleet maintenance, driver scheduling, and route planning.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
* Work closely with senior management to drive business growth.
Requirements:
* Must hold a PCV License.
* Extensive experience managing large-scale coach operations.
* Proven experience in managing a coach depot, including vehicle and staff management.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and maintain operational excellence.
