Are you passionate about spirits and want to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Field Sales Representative to join our fast-growing spirits business!
As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and driving sales of our premium spirits portfolio. You'll work closely with our team to develop and execute sales strategies and promotional initiatives that will help grow our brand presence and increase market share.
What you'll be doing:
- Growing and managing a portfolio of on-trade accounts across South Coast
- Developing relationships with key wholesale/ RTM contacts
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Conducting tastings and staff training sessions
- Developing and executing promotional initiatives and events
- Providing excellent customer service and support
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in drinks sales or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the spirits industry and trends
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Full UK driving license
