Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Location: Glasgow, site based

Salary: Dependent on experience

Role Overview

Nevisport is an outdoor clothing and equipment retailer, specialising in climbing, skiing, camping and general outdoor gear. Nevisport was historically acquired by Jacobs & Turner (who trade under the Trespass name) and operate within the Trespass Head Office.

The Warehouse Operative will have overall responsibility will be to ensure all tasks are completed in a safe and timely manner in line with company policies. Should the successful candidate be interested, there will also be the possibility for future training in a forklift licence.

Could you be who we are looking for?

• You will be expected to ensure all tasks assigned to you are carried out speedily and accurately.
• You will be expected to follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Basic PC literate.
• Follow company H&S policy.

What does a typical day sound like?

• Receive deliveries of goods from suppliers
• Checking off goods against packing list
• Ticketing goods
• Sorting & placing goods on to racks/shelves.
• Replenishment stores (Picking & pack goods)
• Booking deliveries into system
• Stock counting and location checks.

• Good organisation skills

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job

• Flexible and willing to take on a variety of task
