Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, care plans, and interventions for adults experiencing mental health difficulties.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification.
  • Registration with Social Care Wales.
  • Experience in mental health services or adult social care.
