PRODUCT SUPPORT MANAGER

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with leadership, team building, and strategic thinking skills to join our team as a Product Support Manager. ABOUT THE POSITION

Product Support Managers function as part of the Product Support (Parts and Service) Operations team and are responsible for leading the branch parts and services operations in their efforts to follow high safety standards, maintain customer and employee satisfaction, and achieve profit goals.

In this role, you will:

• PROVIDE HANDS-ON LEADERSHIP AND OVERSIGHT


• SPEARHEAD THE DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNICATION, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES in support of the business plan objectives and key performance metrics


• FINANCIAL ANALYSIS including preparing budgets, ensuring targets are met, analyzing operational results


• WORK WITH OEM VENDORS to develop relationships with key contacts to assist in warranty issues, parts backorders, technician and sales training

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in a related field


• Significant sales, operations, and/or technical experience


• Working knowledge of parts and service operations preferred


• Team building skills


• Excellent customer service skills


• Financial acumen


• High School Diploma or equivalent


• 4-year BA or BS College degree preferred

• Computer and accounting skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE: Operations Manager, Branch Manager

This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act, and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.

This position will be working in operating facilities and outdoors traveling to numerous

customer locations. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures.

This position is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb.

Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion.

Position requires driving vehicle to and from assigned locations and customer locations. The normal auto hazards will apply.
