Job Description
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, process sales transactions, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to achieving sales goals. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Building trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
- Maintaining precise work order files and formulas
- Retrieving material, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- At least a High School diploma or GED
- Previous work experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Experience selling paint and related products
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
