Warehouse Night Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a safety culture within the warehouse to ensure the well-being of all team members
• Develop and coach warehouse associates to enhance performance and address any issues
• Oversee workflow and communication to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and motivate warehouse team to achieve accurate orders and efficient loading
• Monitor operational information and provide coaching to correct behaviors

Qualifications

• 3 years warehouse distribution experience
• 1 year workforce supervision experience

Travel: 10% travel required, typically for mandatory meetings and/or training

Physical Qualifications:

• Must be able to perform physical activities in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling
