Responsibilities and Activities of the Role:
- Monitor, calculate, control, and disseminate information about local container stock levels across different ports in Brazil.
- Organize Import Returns/Export Releases and perform periodic reviews on the ONE BR website to guide our customers.
- Control the stock/inventory of empty containers by coordinating with all local suppliers to ensure solid equipment stock levels to serve our customers with quality and excellence.
- Monitor equipment turnover time (FIFO) and maintain daily tracking.
- Maintain close contact with local partners and suppliers to properly address various issues involving ONE's equipment, including physical audits of service providers when necessary.
- Plan and execute the repositioning or evacuation of empty containers within Brazilian territory.
- Create MT Booking(s) (for empty containers).
- Create and control EQR(s) and execute transportation.
- Collect supporting documents for Detention & Demurrage charges.
- Provide assistance to internal and external customers in various situations involving equipment.
- Provide information about empty containers to local Brazilian authorities (unloading, loading, and transshipment manifests).
- Control Offhires, Longstay, and Total Loss.
- Monitor container movements, EDI(s), and provide guidance to the Offshore team in India (WNS CTM move).
- Manage the ONEFORCE tool for handling CASES.
- Control the release of extra ONE Bolt Seals to ONE customers.
- Monitor STANDBY situations in the OPUS system to directly support the swift conclusion of Booking(s).
- Formulate Simulations to support OASIS statistical calculations.
- Provide support and information to Regional and Procurement teams.
- Handle various situations regarding containers that may arise on a daily basis.
- Maximize the use of freepool and the reuse of containers.
Skills and Competencies of the Role:

- Strong attention to detail and observation of surrounding situations.
Requirements:
- Intermediate-Advanced English
- Knowledge in Shipping/Container
- Advanced Excel skills
- Power Pivot + Power Query is considered a plus.
- Experience in container operation-related areas.
