The Role: I.C.T Teacher (kS3 - KS4)
Start date: September
Location: Gateshead
Pay scale: £140 - £240 per day (DOE)
TeacherActive are looking for a ICT Teacher to work on a part-time basis at school located in Gateshead to start from September 2024. If you have excellent subject knowledge and keen to share this with the younger generation then this teaching role could be ideal for you. If successful, you will be required to be able to adapt to the national curriculum and educational developments in the world of ICT. You will join a supportive and passionate department with an extremely enthusiastic and hardworking head of department.
About the role:
• Full time ICT teacher covering a timetable across Key Stage 3 & 4
• 11-16 secondary school located in Middlesbrough
• Must have excellent classroom management
• Broad understanding of the national curriculum
• Deliver lessons to meet the needs of students at various levels of learning.
Essential
• Excellent subject knowledge
• Strong team player
• Hold QTS
• Have a valid DBS on the update service (Or willing to apply for one)
Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of TAX and National Insurance and there’s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard earned cash.
