Are you a passionate Educational Psychologist with a desire to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEND? Speech and Language UK’s Bill Harrison Assessment Service is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our multi-disciplinary team at Meath School.

What We Offer:

  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside specialist teachers, speech and language therapists, an occupational therapist, and an educational psychologist.
  • Supportive Resources: Enjoy access to two well-equipped playrooms, dedicated office space, and administrative support.
  • Impactful Role: Help school-aged children with complex needs unlock their full potential and support their families in accessing vital educational support.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Professional: You must hold a degree in Psychology (or BPS equivalent), a professional qualification in Educational Psychology, and registration with the HCPC.
  • Experienced in SEND: We seek someone with substantial post-qualification experience and a strong knowledge of educational settings and provisions, particularly in Surrey and surrounding counties.
  • Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that’s committed to helping children communicate and succeed.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a great professional community and the opportunity to support children and their families in understanding their needs and accessing the relevant educational support. The team benefit from administrative and clerical support as well as time from an intern (usually a psychology or linguistics student).
