• Processing and tracking customer orders accurately and updating our CRM system.

• Providing support to our sales and operational teams with various administrative tasks.

• Managing customer emails and responding to queries promptly.

• Ensuring effective communication with suppliers and customers.

• Continuously improving processes to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

You’re a Match If You Have:

• A strong telephone manner with excellent communication skills.

• Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
