Job Description
Sharp Consultancy is excited to announce a new opportunity with a rapidly growing engineering company that has experienced significant expansion over the last decade.
They are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant professional with strong numerical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
This is an interim position, with a duration of 6 months to cover a maternity. However, this role does have the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and payment requests promptly.
*
Support with bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
*
Handle both accounts payable and receivable duties.
*
Assisting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
*
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve financial queries.
*
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Skills Required:
*
Strong numerical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
*
Outstanding organisational skills.
*
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with suppliers and team members.
