Driver Labourer
We are currently recruiting for a Driver Labourer to work with our client on a long-term project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled labourer with experience in social housing to join a reputable company on a 16-week temp-to-perm contract. The role offers the chance to progress into a permanent position with a competitive salary and additional benefits.
Requirements:
CSCS Card preferred (had one at least once before or current)
Social housing experience is a must
Experience assisting trades in responsive repairs and Wetroom fitting
General social housing labouring
Full Clean Driving License
Provide at least 1 referenceJob Responsibilities:
Assisting tradespeople with responsive repairs
Supporting the team with wetroom fitting and general maintenance
Carrying out general labouring duties across social housing properties
Driving between sites, if you have your own car (additional benefits apply)Rate: £16 per hour (umbrella)
Temp to perm: 16 weeks
When permanent: Salary of £24,000-£26,000 + additional £3,000 if using own car (fuel covered)
