Driver Labourer
We are currently recruiting for a Driver Labourer to work with our client on a long-term project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled labourer with experience in social housing to join a reputable company on a 16-week temp-to-perm contract. The role offers the chance to progress into a permanent position with a competitive salary and additional benefits.
Requirements:
CSCS Card preferred (had one at least once before or current)
Social housing experience is a must
Experience within floor laying
General social housing expierence
Expierece laying LVT's (Laminate Vynal Tiles) is preffered but not essential
Full Clean Driving License
Provide at least 1 referenceJob Responsibilities:
Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
Installing wetrooms and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Providing efficient and responsive plumbing services
Working closely with other trades on-site to complete jobs in a timely manner
Travelling between sites if needed (mileage covered)Rate: £22 per hour (CIS)
Temp to perm: 16 weeks
When permanent: Salary of £30,000-£34,000 + additional £3,000 if using own car (fuel covered)
