Job Description

My client are a medium sized Mechanical Contractor who have 2 offices in Watford and Kent.

They have been operating for over 30 years and now turnover in excess of £6mil a year.

Healthcare Projects are their bread and butter but also get involved in Local Authorities, Education, Restaurant & Retail, Public Buildings projects.

This is a very exciting time to join them, they are constantly winning work, have a full order book and are a cash rich business.

They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor – with 2+ years experience to join the team and work out of either office.

THE ROLE – M&E QUANTITY SURVEYOR

7am – 3.30pm / 8am – 4.30pm for example.

You will be working as the sole M&E Quantity Surveyor in the business, with support from the Directors who also carry out Quantity Surveying duties.

Working across their portfolio of projects, with values ranging from £1mil - £4mil.

They have just won a £4mil Healthcare Project for the successful candidate to get stuck into straight away.

You will be responsible for:

Producing & Getting Tenders out
Collating these and then issuing out as a tender pack for submission.

As your role develops, there will be a chance to start building a team around you in the future.

SALARY & PACKAGE

£35,000 - £45,000
20 Days Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays
Pension Scheme
WFH option
Rest of package is negotiable
