Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Butcher to join our client in North West London. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting high-quality meats to meet customer needs, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and delivering excellent customer service. Whether you're an experienced butcher or looking to start a career in the trade, we provide training and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat, including beef, lamb, pork, and poultry
Ensure meat quality and presentation meet our standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations
Serve and assist customers, providing product recommendations when needed
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the team for stock replenishment
Package, label, and price products accurately
Work efficiently within a fast-paced environment, meeting daily productionRequirements:
Previous experience as a butcher is an advantage but not required—full training will be provided
Knowledge of different cuts of meat and food safety standards is a plus
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends (night shift available)Benefits:
