Trainee Sales Negotiator

Location: Faringdon, Oxfordshire
Hours: Full-time | 08:45am to 5:30pm (Mon-Fri) | 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:45am to 4:00pm, with a lieu day)
Salary: £22,000 per annum + commission (OTE £25,000 per annum)

Job Description

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, professional Viewing Consultant/Customer Manager to join their busy sales team. This dynamic role will involve organising and conducting property viewings, building strong relationships with buyers, and offering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities of a Trainee Sales Negotiator

* Organise and conduct property viewings, understanding buyer needs, and identifying opportunities to refer them to professional partners.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and professional partners.

* Work flexibly between conducting viewings and providing office-based support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

* Deliver excellent communication and customer service, aligning with company values of being Knowledgeable, Passionate, Professional, Caring, Creative, and Fun.

* Contribute towards the team’s success and uphold a positive company culture.

Key Skills of a Trainee Sales Negotiator

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to manage time effectively.

* Strong team player who can also work independently.

* Great IT and administrative skills.

* Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car.

* A genuine interest in people and property.
