Job Description
This school is looking for part time and full time members of staff. This school is an all-through Specialist Provision for Autistic pupils.
The hours would be 8.30am - 3.30pm. Pay would be £105 to £120 depending on experience.
We are looking to recruit staff who are genuinely inspired to work within a strong, supportive team, delivering high quality provision for the children within our care; staff who are energised by thinking outside of the box and making learning fun and fabulous. Cross Trust working with both secondary and primary schools gives us the opportunity to share resources and expertise.
Previous experience of working with children is essential as is flexibility and a sense of humour.We strive to offer the highest level of education and trust that you will have equally high expectations. The Trust offers a wide variety of CPD opportunities.
The successful candidate will have:
• GCSEs at Grade C or above in English and maths (or equivalent qualifications).
• Experience working in a SEN school or in a mainstream school on a one to one basis with children with SEND
• CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable)
• A proficiency in improving basic numeracy and literacy with specialist skills in literacy that will enable you to work with targeted individuals.
• Commitment to continuing personal and professional development.
