Job Description
My client is a industry leading principle contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a large scale industrial contract consisting of groundworks, earthworks, steel frame, and commercial construction.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Site Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Ammending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Managing sub contractors
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing plant and operations.
Site Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Temporary Works Coordinator (benefical)
• Experienced managing industrial and commercial projects for leading competitor principle contractors.
• Experienced in groundworks, earthworks, steel frame and logistically challenging projects.
• 10+ years management experience
