£99 - £140 per day
Pay with rates ranging from £99 to £140 per day based on your experience.
Are you looking for a dynamic and challenging role in a Secondary Alternative Provision in Burnley?
We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Specialist Cover Supervisor for a Secondary Alternative Provision in Burnley. The ideal candidate will have a background in education and experience working with students with challenging behaviours.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to deliver planned lessons under the guidance of experienced teachers and make a positive impact on the students.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising classes during the absence of the regular teacher
Managing student behaviour in a positive and effective manner
Implementing behaviour management strategies
Providing support and guidance to students
Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for studentsQualifications and Experience:
Minimum of a level 3 qualification in a related field (e.g. Education, Psychology, Social Work)
Proven experience working with students with challenging behaviours
Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and their implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
