Our client, a trusted estate agency in the Battersea and Nine Elms area, is seeking an experienced professional to lead their marketing efforts. Social Media Management: Develop and execute innovative strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms. Monitor trends and engagement to optimise content strategies.

Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality visual and written content that aligns with the company's brand identity. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns and materials.

Graphic Design: Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing graphics and develop outstanding marketing campaigns. ️

Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated campaigns to engage target audiences and drive maximum ROI. Coordinate efforts with internal teams and external vendors.

LinkedIn & Professional Networking: Lead the company's LinkedIn strategy to enhance brand visibility and engage with industry professionals.

Data & Analytics: Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Leverage insights to refine strategies and deliver results.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Foster relationships with external partners and influencers.

Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive strategies to drive brand growth, awareness, and customer engagement. Stay current with market trends and competitor activities.

Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the marketing budget effectively and provide regular updates to senior management.

You will have:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
3+ years' experience in a marketing role, with a strong track record in social media and campaign management
Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Experience with marketing automation tools and social media scheduling platforms
Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills
Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and innovative campaigns
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, B2B campaigns, and professional networking strategies
