Nursing Home Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Qualifications and Experience:
Nursing Qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin

Demonstrable experience in Nursing Home Management with a proven ability to achieve positive CQC ratings

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and legislation

Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership abilities

Ability to drive performance, lead teams, and maintain high standards of care

Your Responsibilities:
Provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care staff, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace

Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to residents, respecting individual needs

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring regulatory compliance and professional standards

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community, promoting a sense of belonging

Drive the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team

Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure sustainability and growth

Develop and implement personalized care plans and risk assessments to uphold the highest care standards
